Off-grid operations
Buildings neither generate nor consume power, keeping the base independent of a power grid.
MLF / STRIKE ORDER FACTION
Unseen. Unyielding. Free.
Fighters, defectors, miners and engineers draw on Maldan’s mines and transit tunnels. The Front relies on hidden positions, salvaged equipment and off-grid bases to create an unpredictable ground war.

THE DOCTRINE
Use mobility and concealment to choose where the fighting happens. Underground movement, camouflage and inexpensive forces create openings without needing to mirror a conventional industrial army.
Buildings neither generate nor consume power, keeping the base independent of a power grid.
Specialist forces can dig in and travel unseen. Enemy detection technology remains an important threat.
Hidden structures and toxin weapons support ambushes, area denial and attacks from unexpected directions.
ECONOMY
Workers can recover scrap from wrecks for credits as well as construct and repair buildings. An off-grid base avoids the power infrastructure required by the other factions.
CONSTRUCTION
Several Workers can build at the same site, and the Front can expand near its own structures. Camouflage nets can hide buildings, adding another decision about where and how to establish a position.
UNITS TO KNOW
A light armed vehicle suited to the Front’s mobile ground forces.
A specialist unit in an army that values infiltration and disruption.
A missile platform that gives the Front another way to threaten an enemy position.
Concealment is an advantage, not a guarantee of safety. Enemy sensors can expose hidden positions, and ground forces need anti-air coverage against conventional air power.
